Job Description

We are looking for a full-time Social Media Account Manager who will be largely responsible for the day-to-day execution and coordination of specific Social Marketing activities and projects, on a wide array of clients. (Must be Based in Alexandria, Egypt)As an account Manager you will serve as the client's main point of contact for specific accounts, forming strong client relationships, presenting recommendations to clients and helping to manage social media related deliverables. Oversee the creation of content that is optimized for each social platform and the intended audience.Responsibilities:Set clear objectives: Agree objectives for campaigns considering traffic, brand awareness, customer retention, online reputation, leads or sales as a starting point.Social strategy: Work alongside the client’s team and our Content & Visuals team to define and manage the Social strategy. This may also include working alongside the Paid Media team when amplifying social campaigns.Campaign Analysis: Analyze the end of campaign performance, coming back to the campaign objectives and business goals, and identifying successes and areas for improvement.Influencer marketing: Work with clients to define the right approach for influencers to meet the set objectives. Identify and liaise with relevant influencers, negotiating fair rates for content, and ensuring the relevant agreements are in place.Project management skills: Effectively manage client campaigns, ensuring they’re delivered on time, to a high standard; communicating with social influencers and agency partners will be necessary, as well as internal communications, i.e. with the Creative, Content & Visuals, and Paid Media teams.New Business: Build responses to prospects’ briefs, identifying areas for improvement and ideas for new activity and be able to present these in a compelling way to senior stakeholdersClient management and reporting.Attending and leading client meetings.Keeping up-to-date with the latest social trends, platform developments and evaluation methods.Skills and Qualifications:Fluency in English is a must.2-4 years of experience in marketing agencies or similar role is considered a plus.
