Cerulearn envisions bridging the gap between effective teaching methods and engaging student learning experiences through its innovative tools.Role DescriptionThis is a full-time on-site role based in Kathmandu for a Social Media Content Creator. The selected candidate will be responsible for creating and curating engaging content for social media platforms, managing posting schedules, devising interactive campaigns, and analyzing metrics to improve performance. Tasks also include collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure branding consistency and exploring new tools and trends to enhance social media presence.What You’ll DoCreate short-form content (for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, and LinkedIn) focused on education, student life, and learning tips.Develop scripts, captions, and creative ideas aligned with Cerulearn’s brand voice.Collaborate with educators and our marketing team to produce engaging reels, Q&A clips, and storytelling videos.Help grow Cerulearn’s online presence through authentic and inspiring content.We’re Looking ForStrong storytelling and communication skills (English or Nepali).Experience with video creation or editing tools (CapCut, Canva, Premiere, etc.).Understanding of social media trends and how to engage a student audience.A creative thinker — someone who can turn a simple idea into an eye-catching reel or post.Students or professionals interested in education, communication, or media are encouraged to apply.QualificationsExperience in content creation, copywriting, and visual storytelling for social mediaFamiliarity with social media platforms (e.g., Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, YouTube, TikTok) and scheduling toolsStrong skills in graphic design, video editing, and photography are preferredAbility to analyze insights and metrics to optimize engagement strategiesStrong organizational and communication skills to manage multiple campaignsCreativity and adaptability to stay ahead of social media trendsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Media Studies, or related field would be a plus point. Experience in the education or ed-tech industry is a plus.
