This role requires strong storytelling skills, hands-on experience in short-form video creation, and deep understanding of audience behavior—especially in the Saudi market. Job PurposeTo plan, create, and execute engaging content across all social media platforms, with a focus on producing high-performing short videos and TikTok content that supports brand goals and increases audience engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop creative content ideas aligned with brand objectives.Produce and film TikTok-style videos and short-form content.Write captions, scripts, and content calendars.Conduct research on trends, competitors, and audience preferences.Collaborate with designers and marketing team to ensure brand consistency.Manage content production from concept to publishing.Monitor performance metrics and optimize content accordingly. Job Requirements3–5 years of hands-on experience in content creation.Proven ability to produce and film TikTok videos and viral short-form concepts.Strong knowledge of the Saudi market and audience behavior.Excellent storytelling, filming, and on-camera direction skills.Ability to work on-site and deliver under tight deadlines.Strong portfolio showcasing relevant work (required).
