Vedantu is hiring a Social Media Content Creator to lead end-to-end content creation for our digital platforms. In this role, you will ideate, script, shoot, edit, and publish high-impact reels, posts, carousels, and moment-marketing content that resonates with students and parents.Responsibilities:Create engaging reels, memes, carousels, stories, and trend-based contentDevelop monthly content calendars aligned with campaigns and key momentsTrack Instagram trends and adapt them creatively to the brandMaintain a consistent publishing cadence with strong timing and relevanceDrive community engagement through interactive formats (polls, Q&As, quizzes)Analyze content performance and optimize for higher reach and engagementCollaborate closely with designers, writers, and marketing teams to ensure cohesive storytellingKey KRAs:Consistent and timely content publishingGrowth in engagement (likes, comments, shares, saves)Increase in follower base through authentic, high-quality contentEffective use of trends and moment marketingStrong and consistent brand voice on InstagramRequirements:Must-Have:2–4 years of hands-on Instagram-focused content creation experienceStrong skills in reel creation and editing (CapCut, Premiere Rush, Canva)Deep understanding of trends, youth culture, memes, and platform behaviorAbility to write strong hooks, captions, and short-form storytellingExperience shooting content independently (mobile-first)Good to Have:Experience with youth-centric or student-focused brandsExposure to EdTech or education-focused contentBackground in design, media, communication, or similar creative fields
