The ideal candidate will possess a strong creative vision, an understanding of current social media trends, and the ability to translate brand identity into high-quality visual and written content.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute content strategies to enhance brand visibility and engagement across social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and YouTube.Plan, shoot, and edit short-form video content (Reels, TikToks, Shorts) aligned with the brand’s tone and aesthetic.Research and implement trending audio, hashtags, and visual styles relevant to the target audience.Manage the company’s social media calendar, ensuring consistent and timely publication of content.Monitor audience engagement and performance metrics, preparing periodic reports on growth and engagement levels.Collaborate with internal teams to align content with ongoing marketing campaigns, events, and strategic objectives.Qualifications and RequirementsMinimum 1 year of experience in creating, producing, and editing videos for social media.Strong creative vision and ability to produce high-quality visual content independently.Good understanding of social media trends, algorithms, and audience engagement strategies.Excellent communication, organizational, and time management skills.
