You will own and drive these areas from initiation through completion.Strategy & PlanningDevelop and execute social media strategies and content calendars that align with brand priorities and seasonal moments.Concept and plan campaigns that highlight new product drops, community stories, and brand milestones.Ensure all content reflects our visual identity, tone of voice, and business goals.Monitor trends, audience insights, and competitor activity to evolve our social presence.Content Creation & ExecutionProduce visually engaging photo, video, and written content for Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Facebook, and Pinterest.Collaborate with the creative and studio teams to capture on-brand product, lifestyle, and behind-the-scenes visuals.Use tools like Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and native platform editors to design and edit content.Write on-brand captions, adapt copy for each platform, and publish content on schedule with attention to quality and consistency.Analytics & OptimizationTest new content formats, hooks, and storytelling styles to drive performance and innovation.Analyze performance data to inform creative direction and posting cadence.Prepare monthly reports highlighting insights, wins, and opportunities.Track key KPIs including engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions.You’ll Thrive Here If You...Love creating visually compelling content that connects with people and drives business results.Balance creativity with data and strategy.Enjoy seeing your work directly influence brand growth and community engagement.Thrive in a collaborative, fast-moving environment that values innovation, curiosity, and efficiency.RequirementsWhat You Bring3–5 years of experience managing social media for a fashion, lifestyle, or DTC brand.A portfolio of your work available for review.A proven eye for creating high-quality, scroll-stopping content that performs.Proficiency with Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, and native social tools.Knowledge of all things fashion and clothes. You know so much you can’t stop talking about it. Deep understanding of social trends, platform best practices, and performance metrics.Hands-on experience with AI tools (ChatGPT, Midjourney, etc.) for creative ideation and captioning.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment.Based in or near Milwaukee, WI, with the ability to be on-site 2–3 days per week for production and collaboration.How We WorkLocated in Milwaukee, WI, you’ll join us in making magic at our stylish HQ with an on-site cafe that provides free refreshments.We use Google Suite, Asana, and proprietary software and analytics to make our mark.We are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
