The foundation provides support, programs, and resources to empower and uplift those in need. Through their compassionate approach, JoshProvides aims to create a community of care and understanding while advocating for a better quality of life for those affected. Role Description This is a part-time remote role for a Client Care Manager. The Client Care Manager will focus on supporting clients through personalized client services, maintaining positive client relations, and addressing client inquiries and concerns. The role involves ensuring exceptional customer satisfaction by utilizing excellent communication skills to assist clients in navigating available services and resources. The Client Care Manager will also act as a liaison between clients and the broader organization to foster meaningful connections and ensure client needs are met. Qualifications Strong skills in Client Services and Customer Service to effectively assist and support clientsExperience in Client Relations and Customer Satisfaction to maintain positive relationships and ensure excellent service experiencesExceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with clients and team membersAbility to work independently, manage multiple tasks, and adapt to a remote work environmentUnderstanding of epilepsy and related challenges is a plusPrevious experience in nonprofit or social services is beneficial
