This role is ideal for fresh graduates who are eager to kickstart their career in digital marketing and social media management.Key Responsibilities:-Develop, plan, and execute engaging content tailored for each social media platform (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.).-Manage daily social media operations, including posting, scheduling, community engagement, and responding to messages or inquiries.-Monitor, analyze, and report on social media performance metrics; provide actionable insights and recommendations to improve engagement and reach.-Collaborate with internal and cross-border teams to support marketing initiatives through effective social media strategies and campaigns.-Assist in planning and executing paid advertising campaigns across social platforms, including audience targeting, ad creation, performance tracking, and reporting.Requirements:-Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field, or equivalent experience in social media management.-Strong understanding and hands-on experience with major social platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn).-Excellent writing, storytelling, and communication skills to create engaging, audience-focused content.-Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
