We are looking for a Social Media Engagement Strategist to drive audience interaction, brand awareness, and community growth across social platforms. Analyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize content and campaigns. Collaborate with marketing, content, and creative teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling. Identify trending topics, hashtags, and opportunities to enhance reach and engagement. Stay updated on platform updates, tools, and best practices for social media management.What We’re Looking For Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. 2–4 years of experience in social media management or strategy. Strong understanding of social media analytics, algorithms, and trends. Excellent communication, writing, and storytelling skills. Creative mindset with the ability to develop campaigns that resonate with diverse audiences. Experience using social media management tools like Hootsuite, Sprout Social, or Buffer.Bonus Points For Experience with paid social campaigns and platform ad managers. Knowledge of influencer marketing or community-building strategies.
