Here, you’ll find real opportunities for personal and professional growth—making us an inspiring and rewarding team to be part of.Your Key Responsibilities And ImpactManage social campaign plans, acting as the day-to-day lead for those campaigns across all social platforms, working closely with the Social Media Manager and the social Publishing, Production and Planning teams to align strategy.Work closely with Commissioning, Production, and relevant campaign stakeholders on each social campaign.Produce and brief digital assets (video and images) that can be used across social media platforms, using relevant multimedia software (such as Adobe Premiere Pro and Photoshop).Produce and brief engaging copy and community management that is optimised for social platforms and formats, in line with the campaign and each account’s tone of voice.Shape campaign plans to maximise our UK under-35 engaged reach.Work closely with Publishing to ensure each social campaign supports both the overarching strategic priorities and meets audience expectations across all platforms and formatsWork with Moderation Services, Editorial Policy and other support teams to shape campaign creative and develop appropriate responses where needed.Essential CriteriaYOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCEEvidence of having run social media accounts and campaigns, either from scratch or inherited for a complex matrix organisation Highly proficient user of Adobe CS video/image editing skills including, editing video, subtitling and copywritingEffective written and verbal communication, with good presentation skills.Understanding of editorial and other compliance policies.Experience managing critical stakeholder relationships.Desired But Not RequiredAble to critically evaluate ideas and information.Able to embrace change and make improvements to working practices.Experience working with in-house and third-party creative resources.Knowledge of the broadcasting industry and a demonstrable interest in its output.Experience leading collaboration across organisational boundaries.Before your start date, you may need to disclose any unspent convictions or police charges, in line with our Contracts of Employment policy.
