2026 Spring Social Media InternshipOnni Creative is a full service creative agency serving entertainment clients. Our mission is to expand minds + diversify crews behind the scenes of entertainment productions, marketing + other creative projects while promoting underrepresented creators. We specialize in high-impact campaigns and immersive visual storytelling. Our team works on everything from production design and set decoration, to theatrical marketing campaigns for national and international cinema clients.Have an eye for social media trends and love capturing content? Onni Creative is looking for a Spring 2026 Social Media Marketing Intern who is equally passionate about the behind-the-scenes magic of production and the dynamic marketing landscape of film exhibition. As a Social Media Intern, you'll work closely with our Marketing Manager to develop engaging content for the fastest growing entertainment marketing agency.Internship will run from January 13th - May 1st, 2026 (1/13-5/1). This internship is for College/University credit (non-paid). This role offers a unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the dynamic world of entertainment production while honing your skills in content creation and social media marketing.Program Overview:Support social media strategy and content development to promote our production and theater marketing projects across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, and Linkedin)Contribute to visual storytelling that elevates the aesthetics and creative behind-the-scenes of our workSupport the planning, scheduling, and publishing of social content using project management toolsAssist in scripting videos and capturing content, including active participation in videos while showcasing enthusiasm and creativityEdit static and motion video content using graphic design + video editing software (Adobe Suite, Canva, and Capcut)Conduct trend analyses and provide regular insights into TikTok, Instagram, and broader platform changesOrganize content calendar and individual tasks using Asana (project management tool)Assist in ideating digital, experiential, and promotional activations for in-theater campaignsParticipate in drafting proposals and pitch decks to studio and cinema clientsStay informed on theatrical trends and brainstorm new ways to engage moviegoersAct responsibly with confidential/sensitive information and artificial intelligence (signed NDA, Social Media Policy, and AI Policy required)Qualifications + Requirements:Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's Degree program or higher at an accredited College or University with a GPA of 2.5 or higherMust have transportation access to Los Angeles Metro area for in-person daysAvailable to work for up to 15 hours/weekStrong research skills and familiarity with social platforms and current content trends (Reels, TikTok, memes, etc.)Must stay on top of niche marketing campaigns in the entertainment industryProficiency in graphic design software for editing static contentProficiency in video editing software (CapCut and/or Adobe Premiere) for editing video contentComfortable in front of the camera with a natural ability to engage viewersExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to multitask and work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentInterest in entertainment production, particularly in the art department, art direction, and production design
