With an international network of 16 teams in 7 cities, we deliver a new standard of excellence for clients at the forefront of luxury and innovation.The RoleThis is an exciting opportunity for a Social Media Manager to join the Digital division, working across luxury clients in hospitality, fashion, and consumer brands. The role will focus on managing Arabic-speaking communities, especially KSA audiences, ensuring timely and professional responses across social media platforms, and delivering translations that are accurate, culturally relevant, and aligned with brand tone. The position also involves contributing creative input to help ideate localised content that resonates strongly with Saudi and wider Middle Eastern communities.The Skills RequiredNative-level fluency in Arabic, with strong ability to adapt tone and style for KSA Arabic.Strong command of English for accurate translations and cross-team collaboration.A solid understanding of social media platforms including Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter/X, LinkedIn and YouTube.Experience in community management, customer engagement or social media moderation.Highly organised and able to follow structured systems, response templates and brand guidelines.Deep cultural awareness of Saudi and GCC digital trends, dialects and audience behaviour.Strong attention to detail and the ability to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.Experience using social media scheduling, monitoring and reporting platforms is a plus.Roles & ResponsibilitiesClient Relations To develop and maintain good client relations at all times.To lead client calls with the support of your Senior Account Manager/Account Director. To research forthcoming events and monitor trends/conversations that will be relevant for clients to engage with.To meet client deadlines at all times. To liaise with the client and the creative team to define the brief.To create and manage client budgets.Content & TranslationTo write good quality and grammatically correct content that falls in line with strategy and tone of voice. Translate English captions and content into Arabic, with emphasis on localising for KSA Arabic while maintaining brand voice.Collaborate with the team to suggest and ideate culturally resonant content ideas specific to Saudi Arabia and the GCC market.Support the drafting of caption copy for Arabic-speaking audiences, ensuring regional nuance.To create and maintain social media content calendars for each client in line with our strategy.To create (or assist with the creation of) detailed reports outlining social media activities undertaken by the team.To support the planning and implementation of digital strategy.Responsible for channel management and optimisation, directly executing or managing junior staff to execute.Community ManagementMonitor client social media platforms daily to track conversations, community sentiment, and engagement, with a focus on KSA audiences.Respond to community comments, queries and direct messages in Arabic, using pre-approved response templates, tailored when necessary for Saudi dialect and cultural relevance.Escalate sensitive issues or feedback to internal teams as required.Reporting & InsightsContribute to monthly community management reports with insights on Saudi engagement trends and sentiment.Flag opportunities for improved engagement and highlight localised trends within KSA and Arabic-speaking communities.GeneralStay up-to-date on social media trends across Saudi Arabia and the wider Middle East, delivering insights for client accounts.Maintain excellent client relations and uphold the Bacchus brand voice across all communications.Benefits 25 days of annual leave plus state holidaysWe give you one additional day of holiday entitlement per year served, capped at five daysAnnual flight ticket budget after 1 year of employmentPrivate medical insurance10% commission on any fees introduced to the companyRemote working for 10 days over the summer
