You’ll be responsible for developing local social media strategies, managing daily content across multiple platforms, and building a strong, engaged community around the brand. This role requires a mix of strategic thinking, content creation, and performance marketing insight, ideally with experience in fintech or digital education.  Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute localized social media strategies for Thailand.Manage DemoPips’ presence on key platforms (Facebook, Instagram)Plan, create, and publish engaging visual and written content in Thai.Collaborate with the marketing and design teams on global campaigns and product launches.Monitor community engagement, respond to comments/messages, and handle brand reputation.Track key metrics (reach, engagement, conversions) and report on performance results.Stay ahead of social trends and competitor activities to keep DemoPips’ content relevant and dynamic. Requirements2+ years of experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.Native-level Thai with strong writing and storytelling skills.Good command of English for coordination with the international marketing team.Experience with social media analytics tools and performance tracking.Creative mindset with an eye for design and detail.Familiarity with the fintech, education, or online challenge space is a plus. What We OfferCompetitive salary + performance bonuses.Opportunity to shape DemoPips’ social voice in the Thai market.Hybrid or remote work flexibility.Supportive, international, and fast-paced environment.
