We are seeking a Social Media Manager to lead the growth and management of our & clients' brand presence across multiple social media platforms.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who lives and breathes social media, stays up-to-date with trends, and understands how to create meaningful content that drives engagement and fosters brand loyalty.What You Will DoDevelop and execute multi-platform social media strategies to grow brand visibility, engagement, and communityCreate, curate, and schedule compelling content across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter), including posts, Stories, Reels, carousels, and short-form videosExecute & manage the content calendar in line with campaigns, product launches, and marketing goalsEngage with followers and communitiesTrack, report, and analyse social performance metrics, using insights to optimise content and strategyStay ahead of social media trends, platform updates, and best practices, bringing fresh ideas to the table regularly3 -5 years of experienceProven experience as a Social Media Manager or in a similar digital marketing role (minimum 3-4 years preferred)Strong content creation skills, including copywriting, image selection, and basic video editingProficiency in social media scheduling toolsHands-on experience with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, and X (formerly Twitter)Ability to analyse social media metrics and translate them into actionable insightsFamiliarity with brand tone, audience engagement, and community managementGraphic design skillsUnderstanding of platform-specific algorithms, current trends, and best practicesStrong organisational and time management skills, ability to juggle multiple accounts or projectsComfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced environmentExcellent written and verbal communication in EnglishNice To Have (Bonus Skills)Experience supporting or managing paid social campaignsExperience using AI tools for content ideation, caption writing, or productivityUnderstanding of SEO principles as they apply to social contentExperience with influencer or brand collaborationsConfidence in creating or directing short-form video content (e.g. Reels, TikToks, Shorts)
