Driven Properties is seeking a creative, strategic, and highly organized Social Media Manager to lead our presence across all major digital platforms. The ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our brand voice, driving engagement, and creating compelling content that reflects our position as one of Dubai's leading real estate companies. This role requires someone with strong creative judgment, excellent communication skills, and a data-driven mindset to optimize performance and support marketing objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute the social media strategy for Driven Properties across Instagram, facebook, LinkedIn, X, TikTok, YouTube, and SnapchatPlan and oversee monthly content calendars aligned with marketing campaigns, brand priorities, and property launchesWork closely with the creative, design, and production teams to produce high-quality content that reflects Driven's visual identity and tone of voiceEnsure every post, caption, and campaign is creative, on-brand, and consistent with our overall marketing directionMonitor and optimize performance regularlyDeliver monthly analytics reports to optimize content and posting strategiesIdentify trends, insights, and growth opportunities to increase reach, engagement, and community interactionCollaborate with PR and performance marketing teams to maintain a cohesive brand narrative across all digital touchpointsRequirements4+ years of experience in social media management, preferably within the real estate, luxury, or lifestyle sectorStrong understanding of analytics, algorithms, and content trends across all major social platformsProven track record in building and executing data-backed creative strategies that drive measurable resultsExcellent copywriting and communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)Experience using tools such as Meta Business Suite, Brandwatch, Falcon.io, or similarA balance of creativity and brand discipline, with a keen eye for design and storytellingAbility to collaborate with videographers, editors, designers, and marketing leads in a fast-paced environmentExperience writing scripts, hooks, and captions tailored for social media reels and campaignsBasic video editing skills and ability to create or refine short-form social contentPreferred QualificationsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects, or Lightroom)Understanding of visual composition, layout, and tone for both organic and paid contentFamiliarity with social media SEO, trend research, and storytelling techniquesBenefitsCompetitive salaryOpportunities for career growth and development within the organizationDynamic and collaborative work environmentContribution to the success of a leading real estate brokerage firm in Dubai
