Social Media ManagerLocation: London Structure: Full-time Brand: eauYES Sparkling Mineral WaterAbout the roleWe are looking for a full-time, London-based Social Media Manager to take full ownership of eauYES’ social presence across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn. This is a hands-on, creator-led role focused on generating daily content, building community, driving visibility across London, and helping the brand scale quickly through culture-led storytelling and consistent output.You will be responsible for developing and maintaining eauYES’ content pillars. These will shape how we communicate, what we share, and how we build recognition both online and offline. The role combines content creation, editing, posting, LinkedIn support, influencer seeding, partnerships and on-the-ground brand activation. You will work closely with the founder and play a central part in elevating eauYES’ presence across the UK.Key ResponsibilitiesContent Strategy and Creation Develop and own eauYES’ content pillars to guide storytelling and maintain brand consistency.Capture and edit video and photo content for Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.Attend sampling days, activations, cafés, events, store visits and office moments to capture real-world content.Create simple shot lists and creative ideas that reflect the brand’s energy, colour and personality.Upload Instagram Stories daily to keep the brand active and visible.Produce content suitable for the founder’s LinkedIn profile and the eauYES LinkedIn company page.Social Media Management Plan, manage and schedule the posting calendar across Instagram, TikTok and LinkedIn.Write captions, plan weekly content themes and ensure a consistent visual identity.Monitor performance analytics and share weekly insights and recommendations.Identify and act on relevant trends, reactive opportunities and cultural moments.Influencer and Community SeedingIdentify and connect with London-based micro-influencers, wellness creators and lifestyle voices.Coordinate product gifting, follow-ups and tracking using a simple CRM. Encourage creators to attend events, activations and sampling days.Generate consistent UGC and build strong community presence.Partnerships and Local PresenceExplore and develop partnerships with gyms, cafés, boutique studios, workspaces, wellness venues and cultural events.Coordinate small collaborations, pop-ups and sampling opportunities.Represent eauYES confidently at events and ensure the brand presents as premium, friendly and energetic.Brand Experience and ActivationsSupport with setting up and running sampling days, pop-ups and brand activations.Capture reactions, testimonials, behind-the-scenes moments and “YES moments.”Ensure all content and interactions feel aligned with the eauYES identity.Reporting and CoordinationProvide weekly updates covering content output, influencer activity, partnerships and performance across all platforms.Organise content libraries, tracking sheets, schedules and workflows.Proactively identify new opportunities for visibility and cultural relevance.Who you are Based in London and comfortable being out in the field frequently.Experienced in social media, content creation, short-form editing and community building.Confident when approaching creators, partners and event organisers.Connected to London’s lifestyle, fitness, wellness, café and culture scenes.Organised, proactive and able to manage end-to-end workflow independently.Strong visual taste and appreciation for premium brand aesthetics.Energetic, creative and excited to help build a high-growth challenger brand.Success in this role meansDaily, high-quality content consistently going live.Strong LinkedIn presence for both the company and founder.Influencer and community seeding creating visible momentum.Regular partnerships and brand moments appearing across London.eauYES becoming a brand that people see, try, talk about and share organically.What the role offersThe chance to help build a premium challenger brand in its early stages.A creative role with real ownership and influence.Direct access to the founder and fast decision-making.Autonomy, responsibility and the freedom to bring ideas to life.
