Havas Play, the Social, PR, Content and Experiential Events division of Havas Singapore is looking for a Social Media Manager with at least 4-5 years of experience in integrated content and social media preferably in an agency setting.Reporting to one of our Account Directors, you will be responsible for planning and executing integrated social media strategies for a range of client accounts.Main responsibilities:Lead a team in developing and executing integrated social media strategies for a range of client accounts across sectors and scopes (i.e. earned, owned, and paid media)Responsible for tasks such as:campaign ideationContent strategy and development (e.g. social media content calendars, creative briefs, storytelling formats)community management and engagementsocial listening and trend monitoringperformance marketingsocial media performance analysis, and moreBe at the forefront of relationships with key clients to establish mutual partnerships, and act as their brand guardian; understand their needs and business challenges to propose effective social strategies that will help achieve their business goalsWork with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth delivery of account operationsSupport the Account Director in the management of client budgets, and financial invoicing relating to your accountsAd-hoc involvement in new business pitchingRequirements for this role:Tertiary qualifications in marketing, communications, or other relevant disciplines; or relevant work experienceAt least 5 years of experience with social media management; prior agency experience will be a plusUnderstand content application across all major social media networks (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, etc.) and/or the local (earned) media sceneQualities we are looking for:Pro-active, responsible, accountable, and collaborativeWell-organised with great attention to detail, and focus on quality of resultsPersuasive and effective communicator; possess strong communication skills (verbal, written, presentation, interpersonal)Active learner and forward-thinker who excels at identifying evolving social media, content, and communication trends*Kindly note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.*About Havas PlayHavas Play is Havas’ global network dedicated to capturing consumers’ attention and driving business impact through meaningful experiences at the intersection of entertainment, sports, technology, and fandom.
