Our mission is to bring the world's finest handcrafted cigars to enthusiasts with precision, integrity, and respect for tradition.Operating from hubs in Madrid, Marbella, Gran Canaria, Panama, and Costa Rica, we are driven by quality, heritage, and customer satisfaction.Position SummaryWe are looking for a creative, analytical, and brand-savvy Social Media Manager to join our international marketing team.In this role, you will manage and grow the company's presence across social platforms, ensuring brand consistency, engaging storytelling, and strategic alignment with our luxury cigar portfolio.This position is ideal for someone who understands premium branding, thrives in fast-paced environments, and knows how to translate business objectives into impactful digital communication.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and execute social media strategies across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, Threads, and YouTubeManage the content calendar, ensuring consistent posting aligned with brand tone and seasonal campaignsCollaborate with creative, trade marketing, and sales teams to create engaging visual and written contentManage and optimize paid social media campaigns (Meta Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms), including targeting, budget allocation, and performance trackingMonitor community engagement, respond to messages, and nurture relationships with followers and partnersAnalyze performance metrics and prepare monthly reports on reach, engagement, and growthResearch trends and competitor activity to propose innovative ideas and campaignsCoordinate with agencies, photographers, and designers when necessaryEnsure all content complies with advertising regulations for tobacco-related brandsRequirementsMinimum 3 years of experience managing social media accounts for lifestyle, luxury, or premium brandsProven experience with ad campaign management and analytics (Meta Business Suite, Google Ads, etc.)Strong understanding of visual storytelling, aesthetics, and brand positioningExperience with content planning tools (e.g., Later, Hootsuite, Metricool, or similar)Proficiency in English (C1); knowledge of Spanish or Russian is a plusExcellent communication, copywriting, and organizational skillsOwnership mindset with accountability, adaptability, and motivation to grow in a fast-scaling brandStrong analytical mindset with the ability to track KPIs and optimize strategiesPassion for cigars, craftsmanship, or luxury lifestyle industries is an advantageBenefitsCompetitive pay: USD 1,000-1,300 gross/month (B2B contract)Fully remote role within the CET time zoneCareer growth: Opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow within the Marketing teamCross-functional exposure: Collaborate directly with executive leadership and international teamsFast-impact environment: Join a growing company where you can build, improve, and make a real difference from day oneUpload your CV in English and include your portfolio (if available), answer the screening questions, and take the first step toward becoming part of a dynamic, multicultural work environment.
