We’re looking for a creative and data-driven Social Media Manager who can take ownership of our digital presence — particularly on LinkedIn — to expand our brand visibility, engage HR and business audiences, and generate inbound leads.Role OverviewThe Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and executing a strategic content plan that positions our brand as a thought leader in HR, talent management, and career development. This person must be skilled in LinkedIn content strategy, community engagement, and cross-channel brand storytelling.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop and implement a comprehensive LinkedIn growth strategy to increase followers, engagement, and visibility among HR leaders, recruiters, and job seekers.Create compelling, high-quality content (posts, articles, carousels, videos) aligned with brand tone and HR industry trends.Manage and grow presence on LinkedIn, Instagram, X (Twitter), and Facebook, ensuring consistency across all channels.Collaborate with internal teams to highlight client success stories, HR insights, and service offerings through engaging storytelling.Monitor analytics and prepare monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations.Research and implement content trends, hashtags, and best practices in employer branding and HR marketing.Manage content calendar, scheduling, and campaign execution using social media management tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, or Metricool).Engage actively with the online community — responding to comments, DMs, and relevant industry conversations.Support paid campaigns and lead-generation efforts where applicable.Requirements3+ years of experience in social media management, preferably in a B2B or HR-related industry.Proven track record of LinkedIn audience growth and engagement.Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills with a professional yet relatable tone.Experience designing content using Canva, Adobe Express, or similar tools.Familiarity with social media analytics and SEO principles.Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet deadlines.Bonus: Experience with email marketing or content automation tools (Mailchimp, Notion, Zapier).
