About the RoleThis role is the engine room of SRV’s social team. You’re the bridge between ideas, execution, and clients. You’ll handle brand conversations, campaign planning, content calendars, performance understanding, and smooth coordination between internal teams (design, copy, strategy, paid, video). If you enjoy turning brands into personalities online, this is your playground.Key ResponsibilitiesClient & Account ManagementOwn end-to-end brand communication across social platforms.Build strong relationships with clients; understand their business, tone, and expectations.Present strategy, campaigns, reports, and monthly performance reviews clearly and confidently.Coordinate internally with designers, copywriters, strategists, and paid media teams to deliver high-quality work on time.Handle daily communication, approvals, and feedback loops.Content & StrategyPlan monthly content calendars across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, Twitter, and YouTube.Work with creative teams to craft engaging, brand-aligned content ideas.Stay on top of trends, formats, meme culture, and platform updates.Ensure all posts follow brand guidelines, quality benchmarks, and platform best practices.Identify opportunities for brand growth — creator collabs, reels, moments, campaigns.Analytics & PerformanceTrack weekly and monthly performance metrics using platform insights.Share data-driven recommendations to improve engagement, reach, and conversions.Work closely with the Paid Media team to boost performance through ads when needed.Document learnings and insights from campaigns.Project CoordinationPlan, schedule, and manage content workflows.Ensure timely delivery of posts, reels, stories, and campaigns.Manage shoots, briefing sessions, and content approvals.Handle crisis or real-time situations with clarity and calm.Skills & RequirementsStrong understanding of social media platforms and their algorithms.Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.Basic understanding of performance metrics (reach, engagement rate, impressions, CPC/CPA if needed).Good taste in design, writing, and brand aesthetics.Ability to manage multiple brands and juggle deadlines.Experience in an advertising or digital agency preferred.
