Job Description

To plan, create, execute, and analyze all social media marketing activities, with the aim of building brand awareness, increasing customer engagement, and driving traffic to online and offline platforms. Roles and responsibilitiesSocial Media Strategy & Planning Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with brand goals. Plan content calendars based on seasonal launches, events, and campaigns. Identify growth opportunities across platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Pinterest, YouTube). Content Management Coordinate with content creators, designers, and photographers to develop high-quality, brand-aligned visuals and videos. Write engaging, on-brand captions and schedule posts using tools like Meta Business Suite, Later, or Buffer.

Manage real-time posting during product launches, events, or campaigns. Community Engagement Monitor and respond to DMs, comments, and customer inquiries in a timely and professional tone. Grow brand’s online community by fostering two-way engagement with followers. Track and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors. Performance Tracking & Optimization Use analytics tools (Instagram Insights, Meta Business Manager, TikTok Analytics, etc. ) to track engagement, reach, follower growth, and conversions. Prepare weekly/monthly reports and adjust strategy based on insights. A/B test content types and posting times to refine strategy.

Collaborations & Paid Promotions Work with marketing/ads team to plan and execute paid promotions and sponsored posts. Coordinate with PR and influencer marketing for collaborative campaigns. Required Qualification Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Fashion, or a related field. 2–4 years of experience managing social media for a brand (fashion or lifestyle preferred). Deep knowledge of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, Pinterest, and emerging platforms. Familiarity with Meta Ads Manager, influencer outreach, and content planning tools.
