About the RoleDevtrios is hiring a Social Media Engagement Specialist for our Lahore office. We’re looking for someone who understands how digital conversations work and knows how to turn daily interactions into visible traction. This role sits at the centre of our brand presence. You’ll help maintain consistent engagement across LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, X, and other platforms, ensuring Devtrios shows up with clarity, confidence, and relevance.You won’t be posting random content; you’ll follow a clear strategy and work closely with our leadership and social team. The job is about conversations, timing, tone, and keeping the brand active in the right circles.What You’ll Be DoingEngage daily with founders, CTOs, CMOs, creators, and industry voices across LinkedIn, Instagram, Threads, and X.Respond, comment, and join conversations using Devtrios’ strategic voice and guidelines.Monitor comments, mentions, and inbox messages, ensuring timely, professional responses.Support content rollouts by coordinating with the strategy and design teams.Track platform activity, identify trends, and highlight opportunities for smarter engagement.Research industry topics to guide conversation choices and keep engagement relevant.Assist with community growth initiatives, including targeted outreach and smart interactions.Maintain brand consistency across all touchpoints.What You BringStrong communication skills and sharp written English.A natural feel for social tone, timing, and conversation flow.Prior experience with LinkedIn or similar B2B platforms is a plus.Ability to stay consistent, organised, and professional in daily actions.A curious mindset and willingness to follow strategic direction.Reliable, structured, and comfortable in a fast-moving environment.What It’s Like Working With UsDevtrios is a London-based digital agency with a growing presence in Lahore.
