Designation: Paid Social Media ExecutiveKey Responsibilities:Plan, launch, and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and Snapchat.Monitor budgets, performance, and ensure KPIs (ROAS, CTR, CPA) are met.Execute A/B tests, maintain UTM and pixel hygiene.Collaborate with analytics and creative teams for reporting and insights.Manage catalog health, data accuracy, and feed troubleshooting.Requirements:2–3 years of hands-on paid social experience (Meta mandatory).Strong knowledge of campaign structures, AEM, and performance analysis.Proficiency in Excel/Sheets and reporting tools.Bonus: Experience with TikTok, Snapchat, Pinterest, ROI Hunter, or Branch.KPIs:ROAS improvementCPA within targetCampaign testing and optimization frequencyTimely reporting and actionable insights
