Social Media Specialist – Mens FashionMelbourne (Inner South-East)$85K + SuperSome brands follow trends. Others set them.This one does it without trying.This retail business has built an unmistakable identity within Australian fashion – the kind of brand that drives culture more than it follows it. They’re now looking for a Social Media Specialist to take charge of their men’s brand presence, creating content that not only looks good but moves the needle on engagement, awareness, and growth.You’ll be leading social from the inside – planning campaigns, producing content, managing influencer partnerships, and shaping how the brand shows up across channels.What you’ll be doingYou’ll run the brand’s social media calendar, create and schedule content, and make sure every campaign feels authentic and on-brand. You’ll collaborate with photographers, videographers, and stylists to produce content that sells the lifestyle, not just the product.You’ll be hands-on with Meta Ads Manager, keeping paid activity sharp and performance-focused, while also reporting on what’s working and what needs to evolve. You’ll also work with creators and influencers to expand reach and bring new energy into the brand.What we’re looking forSomeone who lives and breathes social. You’ve already built and grown audiences for fashion, retail, or lifestyle brands, and you understand how to connect a product story with what people actually care about. You’re switched on to the rhythm of social – fast-paced, visual, and strategic all at once.Skills and experience2–3 years’ experience in a social media role (ideally within fashion or retail)Strong platform knowledge across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTokExperience with Meta Ads Manager and Business ManagerConfident using scheduling tools and analytics platformsCompetent in Adobe Creative Suite (photo/video editing a plus)Experience working with creators and influencersYou’ll report directly to the Director and work within a brand that’s unapologetically bold, fast-moving, and known for its style-led storytelling.If you want to be part of a fashion brand where creativity and culture matter as much as metrics, this is the role to make your mark.
