Job Description

We are urgently looking for a Social Media Specialist who can plan and create full content calendars, manage posting, and ensure consistent execution across platforms. The right candidate will not only post content but will also take ownership of strategy, scheduling, and campaign planning.Key Responsibilities • Develop monthly content calendars with clear themes, formats (posts, reels, stories), and publishing schedules. • Generate engaging and brand-aligned content ideas tailored to each platform (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.). • Write captions (English & Arabic preferred) and coordinate with design/videography teams for creatives. • Manage scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Later). • Ensure timely posting and consistency with brand guidelines. • Track analytics and optimize content calendars based on performance. • Collaborate with marketing/brand teams for campaigns, events, and activations.Requirements • 3+ years of hands-on experience managing social media content calendars. • Strong planning, organizational, and communication skills. • Excellent copywriting skills (bilingual: English/Arabic is a plus). • Knowledge of social trends and platform updates. • Familiarity with scheduling tools and performance tracking.Why Join Us • Work on high-profile brands with creative freedom. • Be responsible for shaping how we appear online. • Opportunity to grow into a Social Media Manager role.
