We are a human-centric environment, driven by the purpose of enhancing quality of life through our products.As An Social Media Specialist, You WillDevelop and execute comprehensive social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and growth across all platformsOversee content creation, scheduling, and publishing, ensuring alignment with the brand’s voice, aesthetics, and objectivesCreate engaging copywriting and captions for all social media platformsAnalyze social media performance metrics and provide actionable insights to optimize campaigns and strategies on a daily, weekly, and monthly basisStay up to date with the latest social media trends, tools, and best practices to ensure the brand remains ahead of industry developmentsManage social media advertising campaigns, including budgeting, audience targeting, and performance trackingMonitor comments, direct messages, and audience engagement to maintain active community interaction and positive brand presenceRequirementsMinimum 1–2 years of experience in social media management, preferably within the beauty, lifestyle, or consumer goods industryProven ability to develop and execute effective social media strategiesStrong analytical skills with experience in creating performance reportsHands-on experience in managing campaigns, communities, and product launchesExcellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail and a deep understanding of beauty brand tone of voiceHighly creative and able to generate engaging, innovative content ideasFast-responding, proactive, and deeply familiar with social media trends and platformsWilling to work from the office (WFO) in South Jakarta
