You’ll collaborate with the Social Director and Senior Social Strategist to execute content calendars, optimize posts, and engage target audiences in a professional B2B setting.Key ResponsibilitiesLinkedInManage monthly content calendars for company and spokesperson profilesWrite professional B2B posts and thought leadership articlesOptimize native video content for LinkedInTrack industry trends and identify timely opportunitiesCreate networking-focused posts to drive engagementMeta Platforms (Instagram, Facebook, Threads)Build and manage monthly content calendarsProduce Stories using native features (polls, stickers, etc.)Create Reels with trending audio and effectsConduct and apply hashtag researchTikTokIdentify and adapt emerging trends to our brand voiceEdit videos in CapCut with creative transitions and effectsUse trending sounds to maximize reachDevelop hashtag challenges and viral-style contentRepurpose videos for cross-platform useAdditional Platforms (X/Twitter, Reddit) – Advantageous, not requiredSpot trending topics and conversationsCraft concise, platform-appropriate copyTools & SoftwareContent Creation: Canva Pro, CapCutScheduling & Management: Sprout SocialAnalytics: Facebook Insights, Instagram Insights, Sprout SocialProject Management: Google Workspace, ClickUpSocial Listening & Research: Sprout SocialClient Communication & Career DevelopmentMonths 1–6:Support client communication via ClickUp, email, and Sprout SocialPresent calendar updates under supervisionFrom Month 7 Onward:Lead content-focused client calls and present monthly calendarsOngoing:Strategic discussions and high-level client relations remain with senior leadershipScope & LimitationsNot Responsible For:In-depth reporting or analytics independentlyHigh-level strategy formulationManaging complex client issuesCapacity:After training, support content for 3+ clients with strategic backup from a senior social managerQualificationsProven experience in LinkedIn and Instagram content managementFamiliarity with TikTok trends and productionStrong B2B writing and communication skillsProficient in Canva Pro, CapCut, Sprout Social, and ClickUpHighly organized with attention to detailExcellent written communication for client correspondenceDisclaimerThe duties listed are not exhaustive.
