Job Description
Invisible Narratives — the first-of-its-kind tra-digital studio — is looking for a social-first creator who lives and breathes short-form video. You’re not just an editor; you’re a shooter, storyteller, and creative thinker who knows how to capture attention in under 10 seconds and keep audiences watching for 60+.You’ll concept, produce, shoot, and edit content for YouTube Shorts, TikTok, Instagram, and beyond — working hands-on with creators, designers, and our internal studio team to bring ideas from spark to screen. This is an in-office position.What You’ll DoShoot and edit original short-form video content across platforms (TikTok, YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels).Concept and produce social-native ideas that align with our IP, creator partnerships, and brand initiatives.Add light motion graphics and VFX to enhance storytelling and polish.Collaborate with internal designers, editors, and external creators to execute dynamic campaigns.Stay on top of social trends, formats, and platform updates — and apply them in real time.Optimize content based on analytics and performance insights.What We’re Looking ForA creator who can own the full process: concept → shoot → edit → publish.Strong grasp of digital-first storytelling, pacing, and sound design.Experience shooting on mirrorless/DSLR or iPhone with pro setups (gimbals, lighting, mics).Proficiency in Premiere Pro, After Effects (light MOGFX), and social platform tools.Strong sense of visual rhythm, humor, and tone that connects with Gen Z audiences.Ability to move fast, adapt, and experiment — this is not a traditional production pipeline.What We’re Not Looking ForEditors who only cut — this is a creative + production hybrid role.Traditional set workflows that can’t pivot quickly.Anyone who needs layers of approval — we value autonomy and creative risk.About Invisible NarrativesInvisible Narratives is redefining entertainment through the intersection of film, creator culture, and digital IP.
