We are recruiting a high-energy, ambitious Software Engineer to drive our pivot to becoming a "solutions first" company.Reporting to the CEO, the Software Engineer will be responsible for:Developing and maintaining backend and frontend systems to support recruitment workflows, focusing on scalable code for end-to-end solutionsImplementing integrations with third-party technology products (e.g., APIs for talent marketing, screening tools, assessments, and interview management) to enhance our recruitment servicesBuilding and owning technical components of solutions, including automation for candidate coaching, data pipelines for trend analysis, and AI-driven features for disruption opportunities in global recruitment practicesIncorporating user feedback into code iterations, conducting testing (unit, integration, UAT), and optimizing performance for improved product deliveryContributing to annual and 5-year technology roadmaps by providing technical feasibility assessments, architecture designs, and prototypesExperience and enthusiasm for AI and Automation in the recruitment industry is a great plus, with opportunities to implement ML models for candidate matching or process optimizationThe right candidate will have great academics, a team player attitude, and the ability to understand abstract problems and deliver best-fit technical solutions in scenarios where perfection isn't guaranteed.
