Our mission is to redefine labor management and drive peak efficiency across the global supply chain. We are seeking experienced, entrepreneurial engineers to build our foundational core product suite.We are hiring across multiple seniority levels and both frontend/backend disciplines. You will partner directly with our CTO to own product decisions, architect foundational systems, and iterate on the product roadmap.Key Responsibilities:Lead the development of our core product suite, including mobile applications for workers and businesses, and web platforms for customers and internal operationsContribute to the design and architecture of our foundational tech platform, which utilizes machine learning, AI, computer vision, and predictive algorithms to connect businesses with vetted workersEstablish best practices in code reusability and build processes, particularly for our frontend stackCollaborate closely with product and design teams to implement a best-in-class user experienceImplement analytics and monitoring solutions to ensure optimal user experience and application healthDevelop robust APIs and integrate features, contributing across the full technical stackEmbrace a scrappy, entrepreneurial role, contributing wherever necessary to accelerate the company's ambitious missionRequirementsMid-Level: 2 - 5 years of Software Engineering (SWE) experienceSenior: 5+ years of SWE experienceTechnical Stack: Strong expertise in key parts of our stack, including Typescript/Javascript, React, React Native, and PythonProduct Development: Proven ability to build, architect, and ship high-quality mobile and web applicationsAI/ML Familiarity (Preferred): Experience or strong interest in applying technologies like machine learning, AI, computer vision, and location monitoring to solve complex business problemsLocation: Willingness to work 100% in-person in our SoHo, New York City HQVisa Status: We can transfer existing visas (including H1B) and sponsor TN visas.
