As a Backend Software Engineer, you will play a key role in supporting data workflows and reporting capabilities within a healthcare claims system. You’ll work independently to develop and maintain backend components, with a strong focus on ETL processes, SQL performance, and report generation. In this role you will wear many hats, but your knowledge will be essential in the following: Fluency in C#/.NET with strong problem-solving skills and a solid understanding of object-oriented programming, applied to supporting and enhancing ETL processes that power healthcare claims data pipelinesProficiency in writing and tuning complex SQL queries for performance and scalabilityExperience with report writing using SQL stored procedures and SSRSYou’ll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.Qualifications What you bring to the Personify Health Team: In Order To Represent The Best Of What We Have To Offer You Come To Us With a Multitude Of Positive Attributes IncludingFamiliarity with healthcare domain knowledge, including claims processing and data standardsUnderstanding of EDI standards (e.g., X12 837, 835) and how they relate to healthcare data integrationExperience with Azure DevOps or other source control toolsNo candidate will meet every single desired qualification.
