In addition, Jet Commerce offers a variety of other services through its various business units, including Omnichannel System, Live Commerce, Warehousing and Fulfillment Service.Jet Commerce currently operates in six Asian countries: Indonesia, Thailand, the Philippines, Vietnam, China, Malaysia, and many more to come.Position: Software Engineer & SupportWhat Will You Do:Develop and maintain the company's internal applications;Perform debugging, testing, and implement new features based on user requirements;Conduct system integrations (API, databases, and third-party tools);Write technical documentation and ensure code quality and security;Handle daily technical requests from users (hardware, software, network, and printers);Install, configure, and maintain IT equipment;Maintain the IT asset inventory and ensure systems operate properly;Perform regular backups and maintenance to prevent downtime;Support office operations including facility management, company vehicles, and logistics;Coordinate with vendors for facility maintenance and general procurement;Assist in internal company events, office relocations, and workspace setup;Conduct stock-taking and regularly update GA reports.What You Will Need:Minimum education Diploma (D3) or Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Computer Science, Information Systems, or Information Technology.1–2 years of experience in Software Development, IT Support, or General Affairs.Proficient in programming languages such as PHP or JavaScript.Experience with frameworks such as CodeIgniter, Laravel, or React is an plus.Basic knowledge of databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL) and API integration.Able to perform troubleshooting for network (LAN/Wi-Fi) and office equipment.Possesses good communication skills, discipline, and attention to detail.Willing to work collaboratively and flexibly across different locations (office, warehouse, or site).Soft Skills & Attitude:A fast and effective problem solver.Proactive, responsible, and committed to continuous improvement.Able to multitask and adapt in a dynamic work environment.Upholds integrity and confidentiality of company data.Demonstrates strong commitment to work quality and efficiency.
