You will be responsible for educating homeowners and businesses about solar energy, proposing suitable solar PV solutions, and guiding customers through the entire sales journey.If you enjoy helping people save money, believe in clean energy, and want a career with strong growth potential — this role is for you.Key Responsibilities Identify and engage potential residential and commercial customers.Conduct on-site or online consultations to understand energy needs.Propose suitable solar PV system packages with clear explanations.Provide accurate savings projections and ROI calculations.Work closely with the design and technical team for proposals.Guide customers through the onboarding and installation process.Maintain good relationships with prospects and existing clients.Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs.Attend sales meetings, training sessions, and marketing activities.Requirements Strong communication and presentation skills.Passionate about renewable energy and helping customers.Friendly, proactive, and confident personality.Able to work independently and in a team.Own transport (advantage).Sales experience preferred, but training will be provided.What We OfferCompetitive basic salary + high commission earnings.Full product and sales training provided.Support from marketing, engineering, and technical team.Strong brand with proven track record in Malaysia.Career growth opportunities in the solar industry.Salary Package:From RM2,600Commission structure 2% - 5%Send your resume to eric.novasolar@gmail.com Or WhatsApp us at 012–683 3131
