Job FunctionsGeneral ResponsibilitiesResidents RightsReceptionist ResponsibilitiesGreet and assist residents, family members, and visitors in a friendly manner. Responsible for answering phones in a timely manner, using proper and understandable English. Print census each morning. Type correspondence, memos, etc. , as needed for department directors. Receipt all monies for the operating, trust and security accounts as instructed by the Business Office Manager and/or Administrator. Sell meal tickets to guests and personnel and keep record of all monies. Assist in ordering supplies for facility. Assist in coordination of transportation when necessary. Assist the Admissions Department with inquiries, paperwork, tours, etc.

ExperienceMinimum one year's experience in an administrative position required. Must have knowledge of office machine and equipment.
