Job Description

We are looking for a highly skilled and detail-oriented Marketing Operations Manager to support our growing global marketing team. This role is pivotal in optimizing and maintaining our marketing technology stack, ensuring seamless data flow between platforms, and enabling efficient, data-driven marketing execution. The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise in tools like HubSpot, Salesforce, and CMS platforms, with a proven track record in campaign management, lead flow optimization, and performance analytics in a B2B SaaS or e-commerce environment. Key Responsibilities: • Own and manage the marketing technology stack, including HubSpot, Salesforce, CMS, and analytics tools.

• Build, test, and optimize multi-touch email campaigns, lead nurture workflows, and outbound sequences. • Ensure data integrity between marketing and sales systems through effective sync processes and lead management rules. • Support the execution of multilingual, global campaigns by enabling proper segmentation, tagging, and automation workflows. • Create and maintain dashboards and reports to provide actionable insights on campaign performance, funnel progression, and marketing ROI. • Collaborate closely with sales, product, and content teams to align marketing automation and CRM systems to business needs. • Provide support and documentation for campaign processes, user training, and marketing system usage best practices. Required Qualifications:

• 3+ years of experience in a marketing operations or marketing automation role, preferably in a B2B SaaS, e-commerce, or subscription licensing environment. • Hands-on experience with HubSpot (marketing hub, workflows, lead scoring) and Salesforce (integration, campaign attribution, lead management). • Exceptional experience with CMS tools and content workflows (e. g. , WordPress, HubSpot CMS, or similar). • Proficiency with Google Analytics, marketing automation platforms, and campaign tracking best practices. • Comfortable working with data sets, segmentation logic, and basic funnel reporting. • Excellent project management and communication skills. • Fluent Finnish:

Candidates must have excellent written and spoken Finnish skills and should be able to communicate professionally in English, both in writing and speaking. Preferred Experience: • Experience with GDPR and U. S. data privacy regulations. • Familiarity with data enrichment tools such as Clearbit, ZoomInfo, or similar. • Experience in setting up attribution models and UTM tracking structures.
