Come join us. HiBob is seeking an experienced Post sale (CS) Solution architect (CSA) to join our CS Solution Architects team. In this pivotal role, you’ll build close partnerships with Product, developing a deep technical understanding of HiBob’s platform - including permissions, data structures, authentication, and identity management, as well as its integration capabilities. Your expertise will position you as a trusted advisor, driving scalable, secure, and reliable solutions that enable successful implementations, ongoing client satisfaction, and long-term adoption.As a Platform CSA, you’ll lead client engagements from a technical perspective, designing and supporting platform features, guiding architectural decisions, and ensuring seamless adoption. You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Product, R&D, and Customer Success teams, as well as with HiBob’s customers’ HR teams, to deliver scalable and impactful solutions.Job RequirementsRequirements are often considered a measure of how equipped you are to do the job, but sometimes, they aren’t the only factor. This could be the perfect fit for you and us.4+ years of experience in a technical, customer-facing role, such as Solution Architect, Implementation Manager, or Customer Engineer- preferably within the HR Tech or SaaS space (background in HR or HR Tech implementation is preferred).Proven background in designing and implementing Object oriented  data workflows across HR, payroll, or people-related systems.Experience supporting platform-level architecture discussions with customers, driving scalability, security, and operational efficiency, and demonstrating solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and system design best practices.Customer-Centric Problem Solver: Passionate about understanding customer challenges and translating them into scalable solutions.Cross-Functional Collaborator: Able to bridge technical and non-technical stakeholders - partnering effectively with Product, CSMs, and Enablement.Strategic & Proactive Mindset: Aligns short-term solution design with long-term platform scalability and resilience.Strong organizational skills, adaptability, and ownership mindset - thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.BonusSaaS Industry Knowledge: Experience with SaaS business model and experience working with subscription-based products.SalesForce (or an object oriented SAAS platform)  implementation or consultation experience Familiarity with common HRIS systems (e.g., Success Factors, Workday, Bamboo) is an advantage.Knowledge or practical experience in AI technologies  is an advantage.Experience with tools like Slack, Salesforce, and Asana is an advantage.Job ResponsibilitiesWhat will you do? Technical Consultation: Act as a trusted advisor to clients, Implementation Managers, and CSMs - providing expert guidance on core platform features such as permissions, data structures, authentication, and identity management. You’ll advise on best practices, configuration strategies, and platform setup to drive stronger engagement, adoption, and scalability.Strategic Partnership with Product: Collaborate closely with Product and R&D teams to ensure alignment between Customer Success and Product., amplifying the Voice of the Customer (VoC) and ensuring insights translate into meaningful platform enhancements. You’ll also play a key role in new feature releases, helping teams and customers maximize value from the system.Framework Building & Innovation: Design and implement strategic frameworks that support customer adoption and platform maturity - enabling consistent and  high-quality delivery. You’ll identify trends, document best practices, and turn successful approaches into scalable processes that empower both customers and internal teams.Enablement & Proactive Initiatives: Lead proactive initiatives to support delivery teams, strengthen technical expertise, and increase customers’ platform utilization.
