DescriptionWe're looking for a sharp and driven Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Specialist to support our fast-paced hiring efforts across R&D, Product, Business, and more.You’ll be a true partner to hiring managers, owning every stage of the hiring process: from role definition and sourcing to interviews and closing. You’ll also collaborate with external recruiters when needed, and help build a hiring culture that’s fast, thoughtful, and candidate-centric.Your Day-to-DayManage full-cycle recruitment: sourcing, screening, process management, and closingDrive deep sourcing efforts to identify, engage, and attract top talent across tech, product, and business roles - using LinkedIn, social media, networking, and creative channels.Partner with hiring managers to define job requirements and candidate profilesManage relationships with external recruitment partners, when relevantOwn the candidate experience, ensuring high-quality, human-centered interactionsTrack and manage candidates in our ATS and internal systemsAct as a strategic advisor throughout the hiring processContinuously optimize recruitment workflows and best practicesRequirements2+ years of experience in tech recruitment - mustExperience running full-cycle hiring processes independentlyStrong sourcing skills, with proven experience in LinkedIn headhuntingComfortable recruiting for both tech and business rolesExcellent organizational and interpersonal skillsFluent in Hebrew and EnglishExperience working with ATS and recruitment platformsAdvantagesExperience recruiting in fintech or financial companiesFamiliarity with AI tools for sourcing and recruitingBackground in scaling or fast-paced environmentsExposure to employer branding or candidate experience initiativesFamiliarity with the BOB system is an advantage
