Solution Architect / Tech Lead (Python-Django, AWS, Microservices)

Our mission is to provide seamless, efficient, and technology-driven delivery solutions that empower businesses and ensure customer satisfaction nationwide.Job DescriptionWe are looking for an experienced Solution Architect / Technical Lead to oversee system architecture, scalability, and code quality for a modern web platform built on Django and React. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in backend engineering, system design, and cloud infrastructure, and be capable of leading a small technical team through best development and DevOps practices. Key Responsibilities·      Lead the end-to-end architecture of the application stack (backend, frontend, infrastructure).·      Design scalable microservices and ensure reliability, performance, and security.·      Conduct code reviews, enforce coding standards, and maintain technical documentation.·      Implement and manage CI/CD pipelines using Bitbucket or GitHub Actions.·      Manage AWS infrastructure, including ECS, EC2, ELB, Redis, RDS (Aurora), and Lambda.·      Monitor system performance and implement observability and alerting tools.·      Collaborate closely with the Scrum Master and CTO to translate business needs into technical execution.·      Mentor back-end and front-end engineers and support continuous improvement across the team. Technical Skills Required·      Expertise in Python, Django, and Django REST Framework (DRF).·      Proven experience in microservices architecture and distributed systems.·      Strong understanding of AWS services — ECS, ELB, EC2, RDS, Redis, S3, Lambda.·      Proficiency with Docker, container orchestration, and CI/CD pipelines.·      Strong database design and optimization skills (MySQL / Aurora).·      Familiarity with React.js for backend-frontend coordination.·      Excellent command of Git, Bitbucket pipelines, and agile workflows.Preferred Background·      Experience leading small technical teams.·      Exposure to international projects or multi-stakeholder environments.·      Strong communication, architectural thinking, and leadership abilities.
