Job Title: Unity DeveloperLocation: Johar Town, Lahore (On-site)Experience Required: Minimum 2 years of professional experienceEmployment Type: Full-timeSalary Range: 120K-150K PKRAbout the Role:We are looking for a talented and passionate Unity Developer to join our development team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience building interactive applications, games, or simulations using the Unity engine. You will collaborate with designers, artists, and other developers to create engaging and high-quality real-time experiences.Key Responsibilities:Develop and maintain high-quality Unity 3D/2D applications for various platforms (mobile, PC, AR/VR, Web 3 etc.).Collaborate with the design and art teams to implement gameplay mechanics, UI, and animations.Optimize performance and memory usage across multiple platforms.Debug and troubleshoot issues related to Unity development.Integrate third-party SDKs, APIs, and plugins as required.Participate in code reviews and maintain clean, scalable, and efficient code.Stay up to date with the latest trends, techniques, and best practices in Unity and game development.Required Skills & Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Game Development, or related field (or equivalent experience).2+ years of professional experience developing in Unity 3D/2D.Strong proficiency in C# programming and object-oriented design principles.Experience with Unity UI, animation systems, particle systems, and physics.Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git, Plastic SCM).Understanding of performance optimization and memory management in Unity.Familiarity with multiplayer is a strong plus.Preferred (Nice-to-Have) Skills:Experience with shader programming or URP/HDRP pipelines.Exposure to networked multiplayer systems or Photon / Mirror.Experience with AR/VR systems.Soft Skills:Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.Excellent communication and teamwork skills.Ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.Attention to detail and a passion for interactive media and gaming.
