Solution Consultant

Responsibilities:Engaged in technical proposals and solutions to meet corporate clients’ requirements.Define budget and schedule of projects based on sound and deep understanding of clients’ requirementsMake or manage configuration and implementation of projects to ensure deliveries are satisfied on time and under budget. Manage and report on progress as scheduledForge and manage contractual relations with suppliers, enable technical and commercial solutions to fuel sales team to win dealsEngage in technical proposals and solutions to meet clients’ requirementUnderstand customer's environment and challenge, then dig and collect technical requirement through communication with customerPrepare a design configuration documentation including process diagrams with technical explanations and perform technical development for bespoke solutions as part of a design and development frameworkTo structure and produce compelling sales proposals/commercial and technical documentation outlining the cost savings and business benefits to clients of using CMI position and other managed services propositionsTo oversee projects and coordinate with partner, customer until the projects deliveredServe as single point of contact for customers, sales team and customers on service delivering issues to ensure timely deliveryRegularly keep sales team aware of product updates, vice versa keep product team / network team aware of trends of technical requirement in the marketComplete other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time by Indonesia UnitRequirements:Bachelor's degree or above in Telecommunication / Computer Engineering related subjectsMinimum 5 years of experience in IT/Telecom marketHands-on knowledge and experiences in Network, Network Security, IP & ICT solutions projectsPositive attitude, strong communication skills, Strong presentation, organization, time and project management skillsResponsible, Excellent teamwork skills, hardworking, self-motivated, Self driven, customer oriented and able to work under pressureChinese and English speaker is a mustBahasa Indonesia is a plusAdvanced proficiency in all Microsoft products Excel, Word, Outlook and MS Projects
