With top clients to boast about, Synechron has a global workforce of 14,500+, and has 58 offices in 21 countries within key global markets.Key Responsibilities:Solution Design & Architecture:Define and design end-to-end architecture for enterprise applications using .NET and AWS services.Create architectural diagrams, technical specifications, and integration strategies.Cloud Strategy & Implementation:Develop cloud-native solutions leveraging AWS services such as EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, and CloudFormation.Ensure compliance with AWS Well-Architected Framework and security best practices.Technical Leadership:Guide development teams on best practices for .NET application development and cloud deployment.Conduct code reviews and ensure adherence to architectural standards.Performance & Scalability:Optimize application performance and scalability in cloud environments.Implement monitoring and alerting solutions using AWS CloudWatch and related tools.Stakeholder Collaboration:Work closely with business analysts, product owners, and project managers to translate requirements into technical solutions.Communicate architecture decisions and trade-offs to stakeholders.Required Skills & Qualifications:Strong experience in .NET Core / ASP.NET MVC / C# development.Hands-on experience with AWS services (EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, API Gateway, IAM, CloudFormation).Knowledge of microservices architecture, RESTful APIs, and containerization (Docker, ECS/EKS).Architecture & Design:Proficiency in designing scalable, secure, and resilient architectures.Familiarity with design patterns, domain-driven design, and event-driven architecture.Other Skills:Experience with CI/CD pipelines (AWS CodePipeline, Jenkins, GitHub Actions).Understanding of DevOps practices and Infrastructure as Code (IaC).Strong problem-solving and communication skills.Preferred Qualifications:AWS Certified Solutions Architect (Associate or Professional).Experience with serverless architectures and cloud migration projects.Knowledge of SQL/NoSQL databases and data modelling.
