Job Description

Key Responsibilities1. Solution Design & ArchitectureLead the design of scalable and integrated NetSuite ERP solutions across core business processes.Translate business requirements into detailed functional and technical specifications.Create solution blueprints, integration frameworks, and system configuration plans.Ensure alignment with enterprise IT standards and long-term scalability goals.2. Implementation & DeploymentOversee module implementation, enhancements, and integrations.Lead configuration, customization, and testing activities.Collaborate with internal teams, implementation partners, and developers for successful deployment.Define and drive data migration strategies ensuring high data integrity.3. System Optimization & SupportConduct routine system audits and recommend performance enhancements.Implement process automations, workflow improvements, and advanced reporting solutions.Resolve escalated issues with minimal business disruption.Maintain complete system documentation, process flows, and knowledge bases.4. Stakeholder EngagementPartner with Sales, Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, HR, and other units to understand evolving needs.Act as a trusted ERP advisor for leadership on roadmap, strategy, and governance.Train and mentor internal NetSuite users and administrators.5. Integration & Technology ManagementDesign and manage integrations between NetSuite and third-party systems (CRM, HRMS, eCommerce, BI tools, etc.).Recommend best-fit modules, plug-ins, and enhancements.Collaborate with developers to ensure proper Suite API usage.QualificationsBachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business, Finance, or related field.NetSuite Certification (Administrator, ERP Consultant, SuiteFoundation) preferred.Experience7+ years of NetSuite ERP design and implementation experience.Proven track record as a Solution Architect or Senior Functional Consultant.Strong experience with Sales, Financials, Procurement, Inventory, Projects, Manufacturing & CRM modules.Hands-on experience with SuiteScript (1.0/2.0), SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, and tools like Dell Boomi, Celigo, MuleSoft.Experience with multi-subsidiary or multi-country ERP rollouts.Background in Construction, Real Estate, or Manufacturing preferred.Familiarity with Salesforce, Power BI, or similar enterprise systems.Experience in change management and process reengineering.Skills & CompetenciesStrong understanding of cross-functional business processes.Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.Leadership capability to manage cross-functional teams and vendors.
