Help us redefine the very foundation of robotics and build robots that are smart, safe, and flexible: fully autonomous and truly collaborative.As a Solutions Engineer at Robust.AI, you will join a small fast-paced team working to sell, deploy, support, and expand the next generation of warehouse robotic systems. This is a high-visibility role that will provide an opportunity to work with key business units such as commercial, software, execution, and product development. You will possess a set of skills that are focused on customer engagement, data analysis, and CAD to support the development and creation of simple, effective, and innovative solutions.Main Responsibilities:Gather and translate customer requirements into practical warehouse and automation solutionsDevelop layouts, workflows, and system concepts using CAD toolsAnalyze operational data in Power BI, Python, or Excel to uncover trends and improvement opportunitiesCollaborate with sales and engineering to communicate the technical and business value of Robust AI solutionsMinimum Requirements:Proficiency in AutoCAD, SolidWorks, or equivalent, for layout and system designExperience with data analysis using tools such as Power BI, Python, or ExcelInterest in warehousing, distribution, supply chain, and automation, especially how robotics and data can improve operationsNice to Have:Experience with warehouse system integrators or projects involving AMRs, AGVs, or similar automationFamiliarity with warehouse optimization techniques such as batch picking, order clustering, and SKU slottingExposure to Discrete Event Simulation tools, preferably FlexSim, for modeling warehouse processes and automation performanceStrong Python skills and familiarity with visualization libraries (Plotly, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.)Fluency in Spanish or Portuguese is a strong plusWhat You’ll Bring to the Table:Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Industrial Engineering, Operations Research, Computer Science, Robotics, or a related fieldA genuine passion for robotics, automation, and warehouse logistics, with curiosity to learn and experimentA problem-solving mindset: you enjoy taking open-ended challenges and creating data-driven insights that inform both business and technical decisionsWillingness to travel up to 20–30% for customer visits, system reviews, and project supportWhat we offer:$95,000-$130,000 (experience dependent)Full benefits (health, dental, vision, life)Stock optionsFlexible vacation and sick leave practicesRemote workOpportunity for career growthWe may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
