As we continue to evolve, our mission remains clear: to deliver fast, reliable, and scalable infrastructure that fuels the digital world.ResponsibilitiesSales Support: Drive sales through technical and operational pre-sale support Utilize GIS-based systems, previous solution designs, Zayo product knowledge, and specific requirements to qualify and support unique customer requests Drive sale closure by shortening the basic custom solution sales cycle Participate in creating and delivering high-level face-to-face sales presentations that demonstrate technical knowledge of the latest Zayo products and services. Solution DesignAnalyze customer requirements to understand how Zayo products and services can be applied to meet their needs and solve their problems. Provide customers requiring simple solutions service options that meet their current or future business applications Assist Solution Engineering with gathering, organizing, analyzing, and presenting applicable technical and financial information for internal and external stakeholders Stay up to date with the competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Zayo in the marketplace.
