We are looking for a dynamic Team Lead for our Solution Consultants & Onboarding teams who will play a pivotal role in accelerating new customer activation, driving technical solution deployment for both prospects and existing customers, and scaling our team’s success.This role sits within the Commercial department and is instrumental in influencing new‑logo win rate, customer activation speed, existing‑customer retention and expansion. You will lead a team of onboarding specialists and solution consultants who ensure our platform delivers rapid first‑time value, solves operational challenges, guides prospects toward optimal solution architectures, and supports our customers’ growth in a world where AI‑powered multichannel communication is central.In short: you will connect the dots between our customer journey, operational execution and scalable, repeatable solution delivery.About TrengoWe believe in a world where technology empowers the relationship between companies and their customers.
