Lead and develop a team of senior-level product managersEstablish new and enhance existing product management methodologies within your team and across the departmentPartner with engineering and design leads to define strategy and direction for creator-focused tools, SDKs, APIs, and platformsLead a globally-recognized key program delivering against that strategyAlign US product priorities with global leadership to support and extend a global, cohesive roadmapMentor your team in product thinking and execution, fostering consistently high-quality outcomesEngage with executive team members and peers across the PlayStation organizationBuild a strong, purposeful team culture emphasizing trust, autonomy, and performanceYou have:
Proven experience in product management, including 2+ years leading high-performing product teamsA strong desire to see things from the customer’s perspective, leading teams through a robust discovery processA clear, confident communication style and can explain product strategy, decision rationale, and process to a range of audiences, including senior leadershipExperience raising product maturity across organizations, having made a clear difference to ways of working and company cultureA track record of delivering complex technical platforms or creator-facing tools in the gaming, digital entertainment, or software industriesFamiliarity with how games are made and published across different platformsStrong leadership skills working with cross-functional teams and aligning across timezones, especially with business customers.

At SIE, we consider several factors when setting each role’s base pay range, including the competitive benchmarking data for the market and geographic location.
Please note that the base pay range may vary in line with our hybrid working policy and individual base pay will be determined based on job-related factors which may include knowledge, skills, experience, and location. In addition, this role is eligible for SIE’s top-tier benefits package that includes medical, dental, vision, matching 401(k), paid time off, wellness program and coveted employee discounts for Sony products.
