Sony Pictures Entertainment’s Corporate Development Group is seeking an Administrative Assistant IV to support the EVP, Corporate Development. The ideal candidate will be a proactive communicator with excellent task management skills, detail orientation, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:
Provide organizational and administrative support to the department head, anticipating needs of the executive and always being two steps ahead Coordinate travel, visas, schedules and other travel logistics Generate travel and expense reports Schedule/Calendar/Phone management; keep execs on schedule Create and maintain global contacts Invoice tracking & processing Schedule and manage the cadence of monthly and quarterly presentations with SPE and HQ executives Manage calendar and activities (Setting meetings, Call list, etc. ) Internet research Special projects as required; support other department execs as needed Qualifications: B. A. or B. S.
preferred 2+ years of experience in a senior level executive assistant capacity Ability to execute in a dynamic, fast-paced environment and multi-task with ease Superb organizational and time management skills Very proactive and thorough, two steps ahead Excellent project management skills Takes initiative, prioritize changing workload effectively, and maintain a solutions-oriented mindset Takes responsibility and ownership for tasks and executes at highest level Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Internet savvy) Strong written and verbal presentation skills Discretion and high integrity The anticipated base salary for this position is $66,560 - $83,200.
This role may also qualify for annual incentive and/or comprehensive benefits. The actual base salary offered will depend on a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location of the position.
