Make a difference in the world of recruitment and talent acquisition with Randstad Sourceright - your gateway to a rewarding and fulfilling career journey.We are looking for new team members for this German-speaking team - handling recruitment processes for one of our biggest international clients from the aerospace industry.Responsibilities:Job ad publication (mix of white and blue-collar roles for internships and apprenticeships)Briefing calls with client’s Hiring ManagersScreening applications and assessing candidatesPreparing shortlists of successful candidates and presenting them to Hiring ManagersCollecting feedback from Manager and advising them on the marketManaging successful candidates and extending offersSignificant ATS administration with our internal and client teamsWho we are looking for:Previous corporate experience (we don’t require recruitment experience - you can come from e.g. administrative or customer-facing roles)Track record of handling spreadsheets and ensuring accuracy in client-facing data/reportingFluency in German and EnglishProactivity and ability to plan ahead - good organizational skillsStakeholder management skills - to represent Randstad Sourceright externally in a professional wayWillingness to work in a hybrid model (2-4 times a month in the Budapest office)What we offer:Base salary with quarterly bonus based on your performance, supplemented by a comprehensive benefits package (medical care, psychological support, sports card, shared purchase plan, and more)Freedom and trust in your daily jobPossibility to cooperate with an amazing client directlyA world-class experience with fantastic opportunities for career development and personal growth internallyAn inspiring and multicultural working environment in which you, together with your team and colleagues, will make a difference for our customers.Exciting Team Building eventsWhat next?We would love to hear from you.
