The Sous Chef will support the Head Chef in planning and managing kitchen operations. Key responsibilities include supervising food preparation, maintaining kitchen cleanliness, ensuring quality and consistency in dishes, and assisting in recipe development. The role also involves managing kitchen staff, monitoring inventory, handling food safety compliance, and assisting with event or theme-based culinary presentations as required.QualificationsProficiency in food preparation, cooking techniques, and recipe developmentExperience in kitchen operations management, including inventory control and staff supervisionKnowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and health regulationsAbility to handle high-pressure situations and maintain quality during peak hoursStrong organizational, communication, and team leadership skillsCulinary education or certification is highly desirablePrior experience as a Sous Chef or in a similar role is considered an advantage
