The Spa Manager is responsible for overseeing the management and development of the team, revenue management, conducting performance evaluations, and ensuring that the team delivers exceptional spa experiences to our guests. They are also expected to lead the overall management of the spa.QualificationsSpa Manager License (Issued by the Ministry of Health, Thailand)Experience in spa management and trainingKnowledge of spa treatments and productsExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsStrong leadership and team management skillsRevenue Management SkillsAttention to detail and exceptional customer serviceExperience in the hospitality industry is a plusCertification in spa management or related fields is a plusMust be able to work in Thailand and have knowledge of Thai and English languages
